Mulut Masin?

What do we call this in English? I cant figure out. Perhaps my brain is not functioning, or maybe this word just do not exist in my dictionary.

Mulut Masin is a term(Malay) that describes how powerful is a certain person's words. Its like, whatever you say will come true. Some thinks that it is just coincidence. I don't know. I wish I can find out more. People always tell me that I am mulut masin. Pssst....not literally yeah! lol! And I don't plan to say things, it comes naturally/randomly.

Most of the time, I simply say things and all i know the next minute it will happen! wahhhh...magic. Some would say, get over it, its just coincidence. But how do you explain this when "coincidence" occurs frequently?? I do get freaked out whenever this happened. No, I'm not a witch.

The most unforgettable one was when it happened during my 2nd form in MGS.
I had a close friend named Nadhirah(NAD), and she sat next to me in class(2M). On her right was the window. It was quite cooling out there. I still remember how nice it was to sit there. We were doing our schoolwork and I felt bored. I randomly said stuffs.

Me: Nad!
Nad: Ah? Apa?
Me: Cuba awak tgk kat luar tuh. *pointing to the window*
Nad: Naper?
Me: Nanti mesti hujan kan?
Nad: *smiles* memangla! Kan ada angin!
Me: ok ok. Nanti kan...hujan lebat sampai bumbung class nie bocor. Hahaha!
Nad: ishh...dia nie.
Me: And then, lepas bumbung bocor, no electricity plak!
Nad: yer la tuh. *starting to ignore me*
Me : hehehehe. manala tau..

few mins later, it rained heavily.

Me: Hah! Nad! Kan dah hujan!
Nad: Pern nie....ishh..! mmg la! Nampak sangat nak hujan.
Me: Fine....

Suddenly, they girls in front of me; Adrianna and Ayuni stood up. We were shocked.

Me: weih naper korang bangun nie??
Adrianna: Bumbung bocor la.. basah la barang kita nie..
Ayuni: cepat2! Kita pindah ke sana.

I looked at Nad.

Me: *sounds frightened* Naaaaaddddd..... betul la, bumbung bocor.
Nad: eeeee.....yelah! pern nie! mulut masin..

Then, we got back to work. Suddenly...

Me: OMG! lampu terpadam la! (at the same time, whole class kecoh)
Nad: Pernnnn!!!!!!! Betulla!

Some of the girls found out about my mulut masin, and one started to scold me. So, its my fault la? I cried okay! terkejut sangat. This is just one story. I got too many stories regarding my mulut masin. Recently too.

Remember the few last post where I mentioned about NLP programme? I planned not to go. I joked with my friends since last week..

" hahahah! Im not going. I believe I will fall sick on next Monday!" we all started laughing. Lame! How would you know if you are going to be sick or not in a week's time?

Guess what? Today is Monday, NLP Programme going to start in 15 mins time. And here I am. Blogging right now. I am officially sick! Just like what I claimed! Arrrrrrrrrhhh! I didn't plan to get sick! I need to finish up my final project and hantar to Illustration Dept at 12.45!!!!! what the hell?

Because of my situation like this, I couldn't go for Cheer 08 too! Thanks to my final projects too! One last story that happened recently too.

Nathra (Nat) was driving through the jam near the big yellow arch at Federal Highway. I was next to her. It was after Mark Teh's last class(riddiculous subject but cool lecturer!). An Indian lady drove her car next to our car. She was trying to cut in. babi betul. I looked at her.

Me: Bangang betul pompuan nie. Main cut in jer. dhla wrong lane. bodoh betul. Polis dtg baru tau!!!

Nat looked and kinda agreed. As we both were looking at her, suddenly she started to wear her sit belt!

Nat: Fuyoh Pern! Ko ckp jer polis dtg, terus dia pakai.
Me: hahaha! pelik. bukannya blh dgr kita ckp pun.

Then, we realised that a group of police was at the arch there, setting up things. Once again..I was called mulut masin.

I can live with it. But I just want to know more...... FIne fine...maybe its just coincidence. yeah. banyak coincidence in my life huh?
